DK Expo, the organizer of the International Electric & Automation Show, now in its 14th edition, announces the extension of the project registration period of the “Student Technical Innovation Awards” contest.
At the request of the participants, DK Expo, as organizer of the contest open to bachelor- and master’s level students from Romanian universities and research centres, announces that projects can be entered in the competition until 23:59 p.m. on 5 August.
The projects may be submitted both individually and by research teams composed of students and university professors.
The other provisions of the Contest Rules remain unchanged.

The Student Technical Innovation Awards Gala will take place on the first day of IEAS 2018 (18 September 2018).

The Student Technical Innovation Awards are held under the aegis of prestigious academic centres; some of the institutional partners of the event are: Bucharest University of Civil Engineering; Valahia University of Târgoviște; Faculty of Mechatronics of the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
Organized annually in September at the Palace of the Parliament, International Electric & Automation Show is the only technical event in Romania that brings together at the same time companies from the energy, electrical equipment and automation industries. IEAS has 3600 m² of exhibition space, more than 3,000 experts and specialized visitors and exhibiting companies from over 8 countries, including the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic.
